Branding & Promotions:
Design and execute promotional offers and packages to attract customers.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Event Marketing:
Collaborate with the events team to market resort-hosted events such as weddings, corporate retreats, and holiday packages.
Develop partnerships with event planners and tour operators.
Market Research:
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market trends and opportunities.
Gather guest feedback to improve marketing strategies and offerings.
Partnerships & Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, influencers, and corporate clients.
Collaborate with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of hospitality and travel trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
