l Responsible for the achievement of marketing conversion targets by executing marketing strategies of the company.
l Assist in the collection of leads from different sources of prospective weddings and develop a database of potential customers.
l Accompany the Marketing Manager in visiting high net worth customers to convince them to make purchases from Malabar.
l Make customer visits based on the leads assigned by the marketing manager and ensure that the visit details are updated in the CRM software.
l Update showroom staff on the relevant information of leads convinced for making purchases in a timely manner.
l Provide information on the lead visits to the tele caller for the timely update of the same in the CRM software.
l Collect information on DNF data and take updates from wedding-related agencies, auditorium, event management, salons, etc. and maintain a database on the same to get prospective customers.
l Plan follow-up of potential customers according to the lead data, age, and by considering other factors.
