Key Responsibilities
1. Student Admission & Lead Generation
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers & market areas for promotion.
Generate enquiries and convert them into admissions.
Explain courses, fees, career benefits, and institute offers to students/parents.
Maintain daily admission reports.
2. Offline Marketing
Conduct seminars, workshops & demo classes in schools/colleges.
Distribute pamphlets, banners & other promotional materials.
Build relationships with principals, teachers, and local influencers.
3. Online / Digital Marketing
Handle social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
Create posts, reels, stories & run ads to increase student reach.
Respond to student messages and follow-up leads regularly.
4. Branding & Public Relations
Represent the academy in events and educational fairs.
Maintain institute reputation and promote brand awareness in the city.
Ensure timely communication with students and parents.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Report daily activities to the Centre Head.
Work closely with the counseling and teaching team.
Suggest new marketing ideas to increase admissions.

Skills Required
Strong communication skills (Hindi essential, basic English preferred).
Confident personality with good convincing power.
Knowledge of social media marketing.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp / Email).
