Travel: Regular travel for domestic and international expos, brand activations, and on-site marketing execution
Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong grounding in both digital and offline marketing strategies
  • Experience in campaign management, event branding, and vendor coordination
  • Exposure to marketing in real estate, retail, or similar industries is a plus
Skills and Attributes:
  • Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of AI tools for marketing and automation
  • Excellent communication skills to proactively drive marketing discussions across teams and stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and high ownership mentality
  • Eye for aesthetics, branding consistency, and message clarity
  • Strong research mindset with ability to spot trends and competitive insights
  • Able to translate leadership vision into marketing actions
  • Experience in vendor management, including coordination with marketing agencies, creative partners, and third-party service providers
Technical Proficiency:
  • Marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Project management software (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Asana)
  • Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for internal briefs and approvals
  • Competent in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Excel)
  • Budget planning, cost analysis, and vendor comparison proficiency
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead execution of online and offline campaigns, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
  • Manage ATL/BTL branding initiatives, including billboards, flyers, radio, and digital media
  • Plan and oversee brand visibility trips - domestically and internationally - coordinating logistics and vendor tie-ups
  • Maintain a proactive calendar of industry expos, events, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Handle on-site branding and vendor coordination during events and property launches
  • Prepare and track marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and resource optimization
  • Coordinate with brand ambassadors and marketing partners to maintain public visibility
  • Support leadership by condensing their vision into actionable marketing ideas, campaigns, and visuals
  • Maintain detailed records and reports of marketing performance, spending, and event impact
