: Marketing Executive - Agriculture Drones

About the Role:

Blubot is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive our outreach in the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our drone technology to farmers, distributors, and agricultural businesses. Your goal is to build brand awareness and generate leads that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing plans and campaigns targeted at the farming community.

Organize and participate in field demonstrations, agricultural fairs, and farmer meetings.

Create compelling marketing content (e.g., brochures, videos, case studies) that highlights the benefits of drone technology for crop health and yield.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and WhatsApp campaigns, tailored for an agricultural audience.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, dealers, and agricultural influencers.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales and product strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.

Proven 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agriculture, farm equipment, or agro-chemical industry.

Strong understanding of the Indian agricultural landscape and farmer needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and [add relevant local language(s)].

Ability to travel frequently to rural areas and field locations.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
