Key Responsibilities

Represent the company in the field -- visit clients, sas required for our apps/projects Promote, demonstrate & support our apps and digital solutions to target clients Maintain good English communication when interacting with clients and stakeholders Actively follow up leads, handle field work, move fast & be proactive in securing opportunities Maintain records of visits, feedback from clients, help escalate issues to the technical/creative team Use your bike for travel (company may arrange travel allowance / reimbursements) Collaborate with internal teams (creative tech, multimedia, marketing) to deliver solutions as per client needs
Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

1 year

of relevant work experience in field sales, client-interaction, support or similar role Excellent spoken and written English, confident in client-facing communication Smart, energetic, highly motivated and

very active

in the field Own a bike and valid driving licence (for daily travel) Comfortable travelling locally in Chennai and handling field assignments Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new apps & technology solutions Good interpersonal skills, able to work with various client types (schools, hospitals, government, market place)
Preferred Attributes

Strong client-service orientation Good presentation skills, ability to explain digital/multimedia solutions Basic understanding of app/market-place/tech product usage is a plus Ability to work independently, manage own visits, and deliver targets Good time-management and self-discipline
