I. Partner with Marketing teams across various BUs to create best practices and alignment of strategies in areas of the
Marketing function - Create marketing programs to increase marketing excellence and capabilities - Partner with BU Heads to develop a plan, and ensure achievement of priorities through superior performance of marketers - Provide guidance around ME strategy implementation
II. Strengthen and maintain the internal marketing processes of the organization - Identify critical core marketing processes, practices and expertise required to drive business performance - Prepare best in class brand planning, new launch templates which can be adopted by PM, GPM and MMs - Create "Launch Playbook" comprising best practice in end-end launch management
III. Pro-actively support business in developing strategies across Patient Continuum of Care for key brands - Internally collaborate with multiple BUs to ensure integrated brand programs are designed for all high investment, focus brands - Monitor brand performance, execution and measure effectiveness of in-clinic and out-clinic initiatives - Collaborate with businesses to evaluate intervention points across CoC and focus on creating differentiated strategies for key brands through: a. Leading therapy and disease shaping initiatives. Understand levers for significant market growth (based on patient funnel) b. PLC Management c. Upgradation of treatment protocols
IV. Design marketing research agenda for key projects - Firm up market research plan for key projects - Manage research agencies for designing project protocols, scope of work, etc. VI. Ensure support in designing Digital Marketing Initiatives - Work closely with Digital Marketing Team to drive CRM, Web Marketing initiatives - Drive Closed Loop Marketing through tech enabled services - Focus on increasing engagement through innovative digital services by mapping gaps across customer journey
Candidate Profile: -
Good understanding and hands-on experience of using various databases
Good presentation skills and ability to independently conduct secondary & primary research
Good project management skills
Good communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to connect with internal and external stakeholders
Ambitious and Self-driven
- B.Pharm + MBA from reputed Institute - Overall experience of 4 to 7 years preferably in pharmaceutical brand management.
Preferably 2 years of functional experience in a strategy role
Candidate with multiple therapy area exposure are preferred
