Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing and Events Coordinator. This role is pivotal in promoting organisation, recruiting new members, organizing events, and managing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Marketing

:o Develop and execute strategies to promote IMVA and its members.o Manage content across social media, newsletters, and the website.

Membership

:o Identify and engage potential members.o Maintain relationships with current members.

Event Coordination:

o Plan and execute events like workshops and conferences.

Administrative Tasks:

o Handle basic bookkeeping, including expense tracking and financial reporting.

Requirements

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or association management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
