Event Management and Industry Collaboration: Strategically plan, meticulously manage, and flawlessly
execute diverse events, including hosted, participated, and sponsored activities. Proactively seek out industry-specific events that align seamlessly with our organizational plans and goals. Our aim is to ensure not only the smooth functioning but also the impactful execution of each event, contributing to our overall success.
Brand Management and Publishing: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Oversee the
creation of compelling and on-brand content for various platforms. Look for platforms to publish articles, posts and collaborate with external teams for effective brand visibility.
Event Outcome / ROI Tracking: Effectively and systematically assess and track the ROI of an Event in line with
the internal process with the respective team members facilitating meaningful evaluation of each event effectiveness. Our goal is to measure the impact of events accurately, allowing us to enhance continuously our strategies and deliver valuable outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, Creative, Technical, and other departments to align
marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster strong communication and collaboration between teams.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management associated with various events and activities ensuring
an on-time delivery.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on
investment. Provide regular budget reports and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular
reports with key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for improvement Requirements Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
