& Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate hospital events such as health camps, medical awareness programs, OPD promotions, and community outreach activities for Dhee Multi Speciality Hospital. Execute marketing activities to promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, administration, vendors, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of events. Support digital and offline marketing activities including social media promotions, banners, posters, pamphlets, and hospital branding initiatives. Maintain event schedules, approvals, and basic budget tracking. Engage with patients and visitors during events to ensure a positive hospital experience. Prepare basic event reports, photos, and feedback after completion of activities.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of hospital marketing and event coordination Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to work on weekends or outside hospital hours when required

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Any graduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in marketing, event coordination, or hospital-related activities Candidates with healthcare or hospital exposure will be an added advantage
