Customerrelation management Maintaining client contact data. Market exploration for Enquiry generation and follow-up for orders. Product presentation to customers (Product features/Quality/Services etc.). Techno commercial negotiations. Payment follow up and realization. Ensure collection of bank guarantees, security deposits etc. Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly. Liasioning with other support functions which fall in his area of operation.
