Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Meet customers, consultants, and contractors to promote products and generate inquiries.
Provide technical support during discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams to align customer requirements.
Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.
Ensure achievement of sales and marketing targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
1-5 years of experience in industrial sales & marketing (preferably valves, pumps, or engineering products).
Strong technical knowledge with ability to explain products to customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
