Job Description
The successful candidate will manage marketing collateral (project descriptions, resumes, awards, images, client quotes, letters of reference, etc.) The position will also support our marketing team in completing proposals and qualifications packages by researching our projects, people, and overall qualifications.
- Create, edit, update and enter resumes, project descriptions, and collateral marketing material into the central database.
- Review, edit and approve resumes and project data from outside sources
- Perform research to verify content such as facts, references, dates, etc.
- Organize and track data to be entered into the database
- Perform routine QA/QC checks on data in the database
