Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive - Lead Generation
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating quality leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our city-focused craft services (e.g., home services plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and target potential B2B and B2C clients in the local market.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, field visits, social media outreach, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly follow up on prospects.
Understand client needs and clearly communicate service offerings tailored to those needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies to attract new customers.
Set up meetings and appointments for senior sales or operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and progress using CRM software.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings based on market needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a service-based industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales when required.
Knowledge of the local market and service sector (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is a plus.
Visting of communities to schedule meeting and conduct event (Promoting our Company)
