We help schools expand access and opportunities for all students. We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to drive awareness, generate leads, and support national growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a nationwide B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales goals
Lead multichannel campaigns (email, paid ads, events, webinars) to generate qualified leads
Craft compelling messaging for school and district audiences across all platforms
Oversee creation of marketing assets--collateral, case studies, decks, and thought leadership
Partner with Sales on lead scoring, funnels, and conversion optimization
Own brand positioning in the EdTech and K-12 education space
Manage analytics, KPIs, and campaign performance in tools like HubSpot and GA
Lead event strategy, including conferences, virtual summits, and regional showcases
Build relationships with media, associations, and partners to amplify reach
Manage and grow a small but high-performing marketing team
Qualifications:
7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in EdTech or SaaS3+ years in a leadership role, with team management experience
Strong grasp of K-12 education landscape and decision-making processes
Proven success in lead generation, content marketing, and sales enablement
Excellent communicator with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
