Role Overview:

The candidate will provide strategic direction for marketing while leveraging existing marketing dynamics and technical implementation. The focus is on driving measurable results, fostering innovation, and influencing the business pipeline.

Marketing Execution & Influence:

Influence the marketing pipeline and demonstrate value to C-suite executives.
Track revenue generated from marketing initiatives.

Technical & Martech Expertise:

Strong knowledge of MarTech tools: Power BI, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot.
Awareness of IT and development processes, T-shaped marketing skills.
Understanding of GenAI, marketing tech tools, and frameworks like AEO, GEO, AIO.
Ability to ensure brand visibility in platforms like Perplexity and Gemini.

Performance & Metrics:

Ability to define clear KPIs and set goals at the start of each quarter.
Should track win rates, ROI, and revenue pipeline metrics.
Responsible for budget allocation ($500K-$1M) across channels.
Leadership & People Management:
Strong team alignment skills, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ability to manage, mentor, and, when needed, penalize team members.
Charisma and decisiveness in leadership.
Knowledgeable about data-driven marketing and revenue-oriented campaigns.

Candidate Background:

Experience in computer software or marketing agencies.
Companies ranging of 500+ employees.
