The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the college's brand visibility, student admissions, and overall market presence. The role involves overseeing marketing, admissions promotion, digital outreach, partnerships, and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for the college
Lead student admissions marketing campaigns (UG, PG, diploma, and certification programs)
Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, SEO, and online lead generation
Plan and manage promotional events, education fairs, school visits, and outreach programs
Collaborate with admissions, academics, and management teams to align marketing goals
Build partnerships with schools, corporates, training institutes, and education consultants
Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance
Manage marketing team members, agencies, and vendors
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
8-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or service industries
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and admissions promotion
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to meet admissions and brand growth targets
