Job Overview
Primary responsibilities include Strategy development, Competitive assessment, Product launches, Off-line events, Pricing, Promotions, Demand generation, and increasing awareness and preference. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in Digital Marketing, Market intel and Product Communication. Will work closely with Sales, Product Management to strengthen Brand visibility, enhance customer engagement and accelerate business growth.
Primary Responsibilities / DUTIES
Develop and execute Marketing plan aligned with business growth objectives
Define brand positioning, messaging and value proposition across product segments.
Partner with leadership on GTM strategies, new product launches and market expansion.
Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging industrial trends to guide strategy.
Running marketing campaigns and events
Lead Digital Marketing strategy covering SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media and Analytics.
Manage digital & event agencies, drive marketing automation, and data driven decision making to enhance ROI
Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the business
Maintains customer segmentation across multiple industry verticals including applications, pain points, and growth drivers
Owns strategy to drive funnel growth and yield improvements to drive revenue.
Leads Inside Sales/Technical Customer Support that enables lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Leadership: responsible for mentoring and development of marketing team.
Working closely with the company's Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate Sales enablement tools, materials and presentations.
Lead change - supports activities that position the business for the future; offers novel ideas and perspectives
Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
Translates function/KPI goals into actions for direct reports
experience / qualifications
Bachelor's degree with specialization in Marketing from a reputed institute with 02 to 04 years of People management experience.
A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Computer competent in terms of analytical & presentation skills.
