Skills / Prerequisites Required:
Proven experience on working with digital marketing platforms such as
social media marketing and content marketing.
Experienced in hospitality industry and running a marketing team.
Able to efficiently handle Agencies, manage Budgets, organize
Marketing Campaigns and drive PR for the Hotels.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong copywriting skills & giving attention to details.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the Marketing department - Comprising of PR, Digital, Social
Media and Content Management.
Evaluate and develop the marketing strategy and effectively communicate
the marketing plan.
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all marketing
efforts, build brand awareness & positioning and manage advertising
campaigns.
Understand and develop budgets including expenditures, research and
development appropriations, Return-On-Investment.
Actively research the demand for our Hotels & Resorts and make a
Competition analysis for rooms, food and beverage and other areas of
revenue.
Work with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize
profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
Launch plan for upcoming new hotels and resorts.
Maintain CRM and develop promotions with hotels and cluster heads
Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
