Job Title: Marketing Director

Location: India (Remote or Hyderabad preferred)

Reports to: Global Head of Marketing (US-based)

Experience: 10-15 years in B2B Tech / SaaS/Services Marketing

Role Summary



Leads content strategy, creation, and campaign execution across digital channels, sales enablement, customer

communications, and global initiatives. Translate technical and solution-oriented messaging into compelling

stories for multiple audiences--global Carriers, partners, and (where relevant) Enterprises--while supporting

upcoming product and service launches, including migration-focused offerings. Hands-on with writing, visual

storytelling, light video editing, and coordination across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

Build and maintain the global content calendar (blogs, briefs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters,
web & social copy, video scripts).

Translate SME inputs into clear, outcome-focused narratives tailored to decision-makers and technical
influencers.

Ensure content governance: tagging, indexing, and versioning for easy reuse across regions and teams. Maintain brand voice consistency across long- and short-form assets.
Campaigns & Regional Marketing Support

Partner with the Global Head of Marketing to execute multi-region campaigns (US, Europe, APAC, India). Adapt messaging for regional priorities, buying cycles, and channel mix. Develop assets for digital demand generation, email drips, webinars, and event follow-up.
Product & Service Launch Support

Support global launches for new products, capabilities, and services--including migration solutions and
other offer types.

Create launch toolkits: solution briefs, pitch decks, landing pages, explainer videos, FAQs, nurture
streams.

Where applicable, tailor positioning for service providers, partners, or enterprise segments; coordinate
with Sales/Product for accuracy.

Track launch content performance and gather feedback for iteration.
Marketing Asset Production (Design + Light Video)

Produce and/or coordinate graphics, infographics, datasheets, social creatives, and event visuals using
Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.

Edit short-form videos (explainers, product teasers, customer clips) using basic video tools. Manage outside designers or agencies for higher-volume or specialized projects.
Measurement & Optimization

Define KPIs for content and campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversion, lead quality,
content utilization).

Use analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot/Salesforce data, email metrics, social
dashboards) to report impact and recommend improvements.

Track reuse effectiveness of indexed content across regions and sales cycles.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner teams to gather inputs and
align messaging.

Support internal enablement: quick-reference guides, product talking points, and customer-ready decks. Coordinate timelines across time zones; maintain transparent task tracking in project tools.
Required Qualifications

10-15 years of B2B technology marketing with significant content ownership. Proven experience creating marketing assets that drive pipeline engagement or sales conversations. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical + business audiences. Working proficiency in design tools (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred) and basic video
editing (Canva, Adobe, filmora etc).

Experience with marketing automation / CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, or
similar).

Comfortable working with distributed global teams and adjusting to US/Europe calls as needed.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with unified communications, collaboration, voice testing, or telecom ecosystems. Experience supporting partner- or service-provider-led go-to-market motions. SEO writing familiarity and keyword-informed content planning. Portfolio demonstrating multi-format content (copy, slide design, video snippets, newsletters).

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
