Develop and maintain strong relationships with agri dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Promote company products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agri tools, etc.) to increase dealer sales.
Identify new dealers, onboard them, and expand market coverage in assigned regions.
Ensure dealers have adequate stock levels and monitor product movement regularly.
Conduct product demonstrations, campaigns, and dealer meetings to boost product visibility.
Provide dealers with product knowledge, pricing updates, schemes, and seasonal offers.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and dealer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Collect field insights, sales data, and dealer feedback to support business planning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support dealers to meet their business goals.
Resolve dealer issues quickly and maintain strong service and communication standards.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on dealer performance.
