The Marketing Demand Generation Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and revenue opportunities. This individual will be deeply experienced with tools like
ZoomInfo
and
Salesloft
, and will bring strong familiarity with marketing in the
BPO sector
. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical marketer who understands how to build programs that convert.
Channel Strategy
Develop and manage campaigns across multiple channels including digital advertising, social media, events, and email.
Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant messaging and offers that resonate with our BPO target audience.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and funnel progression.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize the lead handoff process and ensure proper attribution.
Collaboration
Align closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Support
ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
efforts targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
2-3 years of hands-on experience using
ZoomInfo
and
Salesloft
to drive pipeline development.
3+ years of experience in the
BPO industry
, with an understanding of global outsourcing dynamics.
Strong knowledge of email marketing, automation tools, and digital marketing techniques.
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Must Have Additional Experience
Experience with
HubSpot or Odoo
for CRM and marketing automation.
Proficiency in running paid campaigns on
LinkedIn Ads
and
Google Ads
.
Familiarity with
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
strategies and tools.
Background in
lead scoring models and nurture workflows
to increase conversion efficiency.
