Responsibilities

Lead Handling (Instagram):

Call new Instagram form leads

within 5 minutes

, qualify, nurture, and convert to enrolments.

Customer Relationship:

Manage end-to-end communication--queries, appointments, onboarding/KYC, auction/payout guidance, and follow-ups.

Issue Resolution:

Own real-time customer issues; coordinate internally with Operations/Collections for swift closure.

CRM Discipline:

Update stages, notes, next actions, and outcomes in

Cratio CRM

; maintain zero data leakage and accurate daily MIS in

Excel/Google Sheets

.

Conversion Focus:

Plan multi-touch cadences (calls/WhatsApp/SMS), track show rates, and drive monthly closures.
Requirements

Experience:

3-5 years in inside sales/tele-calling/customer service (finance/insurance/telecom preferred).

Languages:

Tamil & English mandatory.

Tools:

Cratio CRM + WhatsApp Business + Excel/Google Sheets (must).

Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving; target-oriented with customer empathy.

Two-wheeler:

Preferred. Education: Any degree.
