Role Summary:
The Marketing cum sales Executive will represent the Company's STEM programs & Science Program to schools across the region. The role involves visiting schools to pitch programs, demonstrate offerings to management, teachers, students, and parents, and drive student registrations and institutional signups. This is a field-based role requiring travel, persuasive communication, and school engagement expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools to pitch and promote STEM programs & Science Program
• Conduct live demos for students and teachers to encourage registrations
• Deliver orientation sessions for parents at schools
• Fix appointments and pitch to school management and decision-makers
• Generate leads and maintain a strong school network
• Identify prospects through data research and field intelligence
• Build and nurture school partnerships
• Maintain accurate reporting of outreach, follow-ups, and results

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication [Must Have][English and Hindi]
• Proven ability in lead generation and conversion
• CRM and MS Office proficiency
• Capability to deliver engaging live demonstrations
• Immediate - 15 joiners will be preferred
• Understanding of school systems, decision-making structures, and academic calendars
• Familiarity with student engagement techniques and educational sales
• Awareness of parental expectations and school priorities
