Marketing cum Business Development Executive

to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing:



Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional activities. Coordinate design and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, banners, flyers, etc.). Organize and support food-tasting events, exhibitions, and brand activations. Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, client preferences, and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for creative content and marketing execution.

Business Development:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, institutional, and event catering segments. Generate leads through cold calls, client visits, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and event partners. Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients. Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Business Development, preferably in the

Food Catering / F&B / Hospitality industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media handling. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
