Job Description

We seek a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Manager for our travel and tour company , who will handle offline/online marketing, create campaigns, collaborate with teams to optimize leads, and ensure timely execution. will lead a team, act as a midpoint between the organization and support agencies, and travel within India.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle offline activations/online marketing
- Create end-to-end campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM/Digital/offline teams, managing logistic, video and content creation productions , setting up kiosks and strategies tools and materials based on the region and purpose within the optimised budget set by the company.
- Optimize lead conversions
- Lead the marketing team

Requirements:

- 4-6 years in a similar role
- Experience in travel/tourism marketing preferred
- Team leadership and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel in India
