Share company/product details over calls and generate interest for meetings or showroom visits.
Maintain a structured database of calls, leads, and client feedback.
Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the sales team for further action.
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with basic product inquiries.
Provide courteous customer care and support to maintain good client relationships.
Assist with scheduling appointments, sharing brochures, and updating records.
