We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Consultant/Executive with strong exposure to

SCS (Strategy, Consulting & Solutions)

and

Demand Management (DM)

to support our growth in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will have a versatile background in

marketing coordination

and

founder's office/associate roles

, with the ability to manage cross-functional priorities, support leadership, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

SCS Exposure:

Support strategic initiatives, market analysis, and client engagement to strengthen B2B presence across Pharma, SaaS, PaaS, Fintech, and Insurance domains.

Demand Management (DM):

Monitor, track, and optimize demand pipelines while ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.

Marketing Coordination:

Execute marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and manage communication strategies to increase brand visibility.

Founder's Associate:

Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, assisting in research, presentations, reporting, and execution of special projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes in client acquisition and retention. Prepare and present periodic performance reports, highlighting growth opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

Proven experience/exposure in

SCS (Strategy, Consulting, Solutions)

within B2B or relevant industries. Strong understanding of

demand management processes

and sales/marketing alignment. Hands-on experience as a

Marketing Coordinator

or

Founder's Associate

. Familiarity with

B2B markets

, preferably in

Pharma, SaaS, PaaS, Fintech, or Insurance

. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
