Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and verify

daily sales and stock reports (SOB/POB)

Prepare and verify daily sales reports (SOB/WhatsApp reports) and maintain updated task sheets. Review and update

PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)

and attendance of field staff. Coordinate with

RTS/Field Team

for daily activities, issues, and performance updates. Maintain and verify

manual attendance

and

location tracking

(TC/PC check). Conduct regular follow-ups with

distributors

for stock updates and performance. Manage and update data in

Field Assist

- new towns, distributors, counters, beats, and price lists. Assist in

meeting preparations

- JC documents, PJP summaries, and sales vs stock reports. Support in

field staff training

, including product and process training for new joiners. Handle

mobile recharges

and other administrative tasks for the sales team. Coordinate and schedule

Zoom/online meetings

with field staff and senior management.

Key Skills:

Strong in

Excel, reporting, and coordination

. Good communication and multitasking skills. Knowledge of

FMCG distribution structure

and sales processes. Proficiency in

Field Assist / Sales MIS tools

preferred.

Qualifications:

MBA or any PG
