Develop and implement overall marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels for reaching them.
Create and refine pricing strategies for products and services.
Campaign management
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and events.
Manage creative elements, ad layouts, and media contracts.
Coordinate product launches and promotions.
Collaborate with advertising agencies and other external partners.
Budget and performance
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and evaluating return on investment (ROI).
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate reports for stakeholders.
Team and cross-functional collaboration
Lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
