Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Coordinator to represent Swastham Medicare in the community, build strong relationships with referral partners, and drive patient engagement through on-ground marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, understands local healthcare dynamics, and can creatively promote hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clinics, doctors, and local health providers to promote hospital services Build and maintain referral relationships with medical professionals and community leaders Organize and coordinate health camps, awareness drives, and outreach events Distribute marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers) in target areas Collect feedback from patients and partners to improve outreach strategies Support branding during festivals, hospital milestones, and public campaigns Collaborate with internal departments to align field activities with hospital goals Report daily visits, leads generated, and campaign performance to the marketing head
