Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term relationship management.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the
tech and operations teams
for seamless delivery.
Monitor client accounts, address queries, and resolve issues proactively.
Drive process improvements and automation in client servicing using technology.
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with product/tech teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
B.Tech / BCA (mandatory).
Strong understanding of
technology platforms, APIs, and operational workflows
.
0.6-1 years of experience in
client relationship management / operations / fintech / IT services
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
