Develop and execute strategies to generate quality leads for preschool admissions.
Track and manage inquiries online.
Follow up on inquiries and coordinate with the admissions team for conversions.
Promotional Events (Indoor & Outdoor):
Plan and organize promotional events such as parenting workshops, school tours, open houses, carnivals, and storytelling sessions.
Coordinate and manage outdoor promotional activities like mall activities, park engagement sessions, society tie-ups, and flea market participation to increase visibility and inquiries.
Identify and approach residential societies, corporates, and community hubs for marketing tie-ups and collaborations.
Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns in coordination with the school team.
Monitor online engagement and provide suggestions for improving reach and performance.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing collaterals and campaigns.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and merchandise in target areas.
Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, parent groups, and community partners.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain records of all marketing activities, event participation, leads generated, and conversions.
Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and submit periodic performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities.
Ability to multitask and handle events and field activities independently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in English.
