Pasura Crop Care Private Limited (www.pasura.com) is seeking to hire shrewd marketing coordinators based out at its Head Office in Hyderabad.

Pasura Crop Care Private Limited is a major crop protection company.

It markets an entire spectrum of products - from seeds, bio products, mulching sheets, WSFs, Pesticides and sprayers among others.

As a marketing coordinator, you are expected to:

? Demonstrate strong comprehension of farming activities

? Coordinate with the State Managers in the assigned state and the Head Office

? Provide a guidance on product pricing to the State Managers in the assigned state

? Ensure that monthly performance review meets in the assigned state are conducted on a timely manner

? Participate in monthly review meetings in the assigned state

? Ensure stock availability based on the monthly review meetings and targets fixed for that quarter / half year / the whole year

? Follow up on sales team discussions during the past monthly review meetings in the subsequent monthly review meetings

? Track the progress made in the execution of short term strategies decided in these monthly review meetings and bring them to the notice of the state managers of the assigned state and the Head Office

? Help the Head Office in evaluating the performance of sales team in the assigned states based on the past monthly review meetings

? Help Head office in evaluating the progress made in brand promotional activities through demonstrations at farmer's door step, participation in premier agriculture events along with the state manager in the assigned states

? Track progress made about field promotional activities decided in past monthly performance meet during the subsequent monthly review meetings

? Actively collaborate with the sales and marketing teams across the assigned states

? Collaborate with digital marketing team

? Participate in the planning of sales and marketing budgets for the assigned state

? Contribute in developing marketing strategies that will liquidate stocks in the assigned states

? Analyze marketing data and identify potential opportunities in the assigned states

Qualifications: Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or an MBA in Marketing

Minimum 5 years of experience in handling sales and marketing tasks as a coordinator for an entire state

Demonstrated skill in managing Senior State Managers

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to work independently and posses troubleshooting skills

Demonstrated skill in handling marketing and other allied tasks

Demonstrated technical expertise in the regional agronomy practices

Demonstrated fluency in local languages in the assigned states
