Full-time (6 days a week)

Location:

Rotational across 3 clinic locations (2 days per location)(Punjagutta, Hitech City, Narsingh -Nanakramguda outer ring road)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to support and execute marketing activities across our three Dental clinic locations . The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the dental clinic, the marketing agency, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up on all marketing activities with the external marketing agency.

Schedule and support video/photo shoots with doctors at all three clinic locations.

Assist doctors in content planning and provide on-ground support during shoots.

Set up and maintain a structured patient testimonial system--including identifying patients, gathering permissions, recording testimonials, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Maintain a consistent on-ground presence--2 days per location, covering all 3 clinics(Punjagutta, Hitech city, Narsingh - Nanakramguda outer ring road) over the week.

Report weekly progress and coordinate feedback with management and the marketing agency.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and travel between clinic locations

Comfortable working with doctors and patients

Prior experience in marketing coordination or healthcare marketing is a plus

Basic understanding of digital content and testimonial processes preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
