Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive

Marketing Coordinator

to support our daily operations. You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication, timely task execution, and successful marketing campaign rollouts. This is a full-time

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between

marketing, content, design, and tech teams

Track team deliverables and follow up on project deadlines Assist in

planning and executing marketing and content campaigns

Manage

social media calendars

, schedule posts, and track performance metrics Prepare and present

weekly progress reports

to leadership Communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (preferred) 0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Basic knowledge of social media platforms and performance tracking tools
