Plan and execute overall marketing strategy.
Handle Instagram, WhatsApp Business, promotions, and campaigns for brand
Drive customer acquisition (new orders, subscriptions, repeat customers)
Create and manage offers, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Maintain brand identity and consistency for both brands
Coordinate content creation (posts, reels, ads, catalogues, creatives)
Track leads, orders, enquiries, and conversions
Analyze performance (reach, engagement, sales) and improve results
Manage marketing budget and ad spends
Work closely with kitchen, operations, and delivery teams
Ensure customer feedback, reviews, and retention
Prepare basic reports on marketing and sales performance
