The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Collateral Development :
Assist in the creation of client-facing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Edit and update collateral such as bios, flyers, brochures, and other branded content.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines.

Campaign Execution & Analytics:
Support the development and execution of external marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives; compile and present quarterly reports to leadership.
Monitor and analyze analytics for multiple social media platforms and marketing campaigns to optimize performance and present monthly reports to leadership. ?
Social Media Management :
Manage and schedule posts across various social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) using third-party platforms such as
Hootsuite
,
Later
, or similar tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content calendars and ensure timely execution. oStay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to recommend new strategies and tactics.

CRM & Data Management :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot), including contact information, campaign tracking, and lead management.

Event & Logistics Support :
Coordinate logistics and marketing collateral for public-facing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Manage inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely replenishment.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
:
Liaise with external vendors, designers, and printers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. oCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development and marketing goals.

General Support :
Provide administrative and creative support for various marketing, business development, and graphic design tasks as needed.
