Job Description

Marketing Co-ordination:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Develop promotional materials such as project brochures, flyers, hoardings, and site branding. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing). Liaise with advertising agencies, creative partners, and vendors for timely delivery of marketing assets. Track leads generated from marketing campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.
Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand representation across sites, corporate communication, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain project-specific branding guidelines and ensure adherence. Support the creation of compelling content - videos, testimonials, case studies, and project walkthroughs. Enhance brand presence at project sites through innovative signage, outdoor branding, and customer engagement activities.
Events& PR:

Coordinate real estate expos, project launches, client engagement events, and sponsorships. Manage PR activities, press releases, and media interactions for project milestones and corporate announcements. Build and maintain relationships with media partners, real estate portals, and industry associations.
Qualification:

Any Graduation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Tamil. languages 1-3 yrs experience in any industry from Marketing Strong coordination and vendor management skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Customer-oriented approach with industry awareness Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. Analytical mindset for measuring ROI of campaigns.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
