At STRI we are hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a client who are in the Personal & Hygiene Product Manufacturing Industry.
Their portfolio of Personal Products contain organic, hand crafted luxury based skin care, hair care and oral care products.
Their portfolio of Hygiene Products contains High-frequency hygiene essentials: hand wash,
dish wash, floor cleaner, fabric wash, multipurpose cleaner.
This is a centralized corporate role and will work towards all product lines of the organization.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing content
across platforms, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring smooth communication between teams
and external partners. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in content creation, brand
communication, campaign tracking, and event coordination.
While the role primarily focuses on marketing coordination and content creation, some experience
or exposure to SEO would be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Brand Communication
?Write and edit content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, product pages, and
other communication channels.
?Maintain brand voice and ensure messaging is consistent across platforms.
?Assist in creating campaign briefs, creative assets, and presentations.
Marketing Coordination
?Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
?Manage content calendars and assist in scheduling posts and activities.
?Track campaign progress and compile reports with insights and performance updates.
Collaborations & Events
?Assist in partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
?Support participation in expos, trade events, and promotional activities.
?Work closely with event management agencies, photographers, and vendors to ensure
smooth execution.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
?Coordinate with external agencies managing shoots, events, PR, and other marketing
activities.
?Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked and communicated effectively.
?Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
Additional (Optional but Preferred)
?Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword inputs, content optimization suggestions, or traffic
tracking.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
?1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content writing, or related fields.
?Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
?Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
?Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
?Experience working with external agencies or coordinating events is a plus.
?Some exposure to SEO tools and practices is a bonus but not required
