The Spice Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities to promote the company's range of spice products. The role involves coordinating between sales, production, distributors, and marketing teams to ensure effective brand visibility, market penetration, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Promotion
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for spice products (digital, print, and field activities).
Coordinate promotional events, in-store demonstrations, and trade fairs.
Prepare marketing collaterals such as brochures, product labels, display materials, and social media content.
Maintain and update product information across marketing platforms.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (sales growth, campaign ROI, etc.).
3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams for smooth marketing operations.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for promotional stock requirements.
Work closely with the design and content team for timely execution of campaigns.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage the company's social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for brand awareness.
Develop creative content ideas to showcase product benefits, usage, and recipes.
Track online engagement and analyze reach, impressions, and conversion data.
5. Administrative Support
Maintain marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and documentation.
Support senior marketing staff in preparing presentations, proposals, and monthly reports.
