The Marketing Coordinator is a key player on our marketing team, responsible for executing and supporting a wide range of marketing activities to achieve business objectives. This role involves assisting with the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
Content Creation & Management: Support the creation of engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and target audiences.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimizations.
Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and logistics of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and inventories of promotional materials. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing concepts and tools.
Experience with social media platforms, email marketing software, and basic analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
