We are currently looking for passionate and proactive team members to join our progressive and dynamic IT Development team. You will enjoy exposure to new technologies, not to mention exposure to a variety of different industries including, but not limited to Banking, Telco, and Utilities. Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the company\'s goals and objectives. This includes setting marketing budgets, goals, and KPIs
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Use this information to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote the company\'s products or services. This may involve advertising, public relations, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure that the company\'s brand is effectively communicated and maintained across all marketing materials and activities. This includes maintaining brand consistency and guidelines.
  • Manage the company\'s online presence, including website optimization, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  • Support the marketing team initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Independently coordinate marketing product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure that campaigns stay within budget.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention. This may involve loyalty programs, surveys, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Identify and establish partnerships or collaborations that can help expand the company\'s reach or enhance its marketing efforts.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies and adjust the company\'s approach as needed to stay competitive.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, or conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must have a high level of creativity.
