Campaign Execution: Support planning, coordination, and execution of
marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Content Creation & Support: Draft, edit, and repurpose content for blogs, emails, landing pages, social media, and ads.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
Website & CRM Management: Update website content, maintain landing pages, and assist with CRM/email automation workflows.
Event & Webinar Support: Help organize marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and follow-ups.
Creative Coordination: Work with designers, agencies, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Market Research: Conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B, wellness, or health industry preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot/Keap, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, WordPress)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams
Bonus: Experience with event marketing, influencer outreach, or paid ads management
