Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for all sub-brands
Conduct quarterly brand audits
Ensure consistency across digital and offline platforms
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage website updates and landing pages
Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads
Maintain OTA content accuracy
Social Media Management
Create monthly content calendars
Oversee posts, reels, stories, and creative production
Grow engagement and reach
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Create campaigns for rooms, restaurants, wellness, retreats, corporate programs
Monitor campaign ROI and optimise workflows
PR & Reputation Management
Manage Google, TripAdvisor, OTA reviews
Create and execute reputation recovery plans
Maintain influencer and PR relationships
Photography, Videography & Creative Assets
Maintain updated visual library
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors
Coordination with Departments
- Sales: decks, campaigns
- Reservations: OTA content and promotions
- Wellness: program promotions, testimonials
- F&B: menus, promotions, events
- FO: guest communication
Vendor Management
Manage agencies, freelancers, printers

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing or project coordination
Experience in social media management and content creation
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Experience in hospitality or hotel marketing will be an added advantage
