Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing field marketing activities, coordinating promotional campaigns, and building brand awareness through on-ground events, college visits, and partnerships. The role focuses on lead generation and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute field marketing campaigns and promotional events. Visit colleges, institutions, and corporate offices for brand promotion. Coordinate seminars, workshops, and other marketing activities. Collect and manage leads generated through field campaigns. Support the marketing team in implementing strategies to increase outreach. Maintain reports of daily visits, leads, and event outcomes. Collaborate with the sales and academic teams for smooth coordination.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field activities. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of marketing tools and social media promotion. Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
