Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate with designers, digital marketers, vendors, and external agencies
Manage social media calendars and coordinate content posting
Support lead generation activities and track campaign performance
Maintain marketing databases, reports, and documentation
Coordinate events, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities
Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and proposals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email, ads)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with CRM tools
Knowledge of Canva, basic design tools, or content writing
Experience working with agencies or vendors
