who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our product. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and tech teams to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is
handling inbound and outbound calls
to convert leads into active users/customers
Actively follow up on
food product inquiries, orders, trials, and onboarding
via calls
Pitch the product, explain food offerings, pricing, and benefits clearly over calls
Drive
lead-to-conversion
and
repeat order
growth through effective calling and follow-ups
Collect detailed customer feedback during calls related to food quality, taste, delivery, and experience
Share call-based insights with the product team to
enhance food-related features and offerings
Coordinate with marketing teams to follow up on campaign-generated leads via calls
Maintain call logs, lead status, and conversion tracking on a daily basis
Identify objections, resolve customer concerns, and close conversions efficiently
Track and report
calling KPIs
such as number of calls, conversion rate, follow-ups, and revenue contribution
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in product growth, digital marketing, or growth hacking
Strong understanding of growth funnels, analytics, and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, or similar
Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media growth
Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and business teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
