Job Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Marketing Coordinator

to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities for National Paints. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to support sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote company products and brand presence Support sales team with marketing materials, schemes, and promotional strategies Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors' activities, and customer needs Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and sales representatives for marketing activities Manage on-ground marketing activities such as product promotions, dealer meets, and branding activities Track and report marketing performance and campaign effectiveness Assist management in developing pricing strategies, offers, and seasonal promotions Maintain records of marketing expenses and activities Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong knowledge of

marketing strategies and sales coordination

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity Experience in

dealer & distributor management

Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills Experience in Paints, Chemicals, FMCG, or related industries preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination Experience in industrial or retail product marketing is an advantage Strong understanding of local and regional markets Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven professional
