Bachelor's degree in
Agriculture, Marketing, or Business Administration
(MBA in Agri-Business preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in marketing within the agri-input industry (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, or PGRs).
Knowledge of
crops, farming practices, and agri-input markets
.
Strong skills in
communication, coordination, and presentation
.
Familiarity with
digital marketing tools, MS Office, and basic design tools
.
Ability to work closely with sales teams and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel for field events and farmer engagement.
